How I Overcame my Fear to Quit my Day job?

This was the day I was waiting for..

Backstory time

I had a decent job, in a healthcare setup. I was doing a normal 9–6:30 job everyday.

But, I had a great, place a decent team and a good boss, a good position, but it was Dreadful to enter that organisation every single day.

I have No idea why, but I Hated my job with very little reasons to hate it. I did not understand why.

Every single day, when I came home at 8pm,

Yes, 8pm. I get late as for the traffic and the distance I had to travel. My reason for quitting becomes So strong, the moment I step inside my home. My body aches, my low energy level, lack of time and energy to watch my favourite netflix series, or even my ever longing wish to raise a pet animal had been pushed everytime.

So, I realised the strongest reason to quit, was really my personal life being ripped away.

Having a good boss doesn’t give you any good reason to stay in it. You are still replaceable.

I realised for a fact that giving up so much of yourself to something that can replace you in a blink of an eye, is a Big NO!

So, I scribbled on a Particular date on the calendar and eagerly waited to put down my papers.
